Mr. Volkmar Berner has been with RSM for over ten years and has worked in audit/transaction advisory for over 25 years. Volkmar Berner is also a member of RSM International's Global Leadership Team for Transaction Advisory Services and represents the European region. With his expertise and many years of experience, he actively contributes to the strategic development of the Transaction Advisory Services service line.

He focuses on transaction advisory services, advising national and international investors (both financial and strategic) on acquisitions and sales of companies, establishment of joint ventures and transaction-related valuations.

Mr Berner has advised on transactions in China, the UK, Singapore, the USA, Korea and other European countries in various sectors (pharmaceuticals, life sciences, medtech, renewables, IT & software, leisure, automotive, manufacturing, retail, consumer goods).
